You can check your reservation using the “confirm” link in the email you received after completing your booking.

Alternatively, you can confirm your reservation via the “Bookkings for” option in the menu located at the top right of the reservation screen on the accommodation’s official website.

You can cancel your reservation via the “confirm” link in the confirmation email sent upon booking completion.

Alternatively, you can cancel via the “Bookkings for” option in the menu located at the top right of the reservation screen on the accommodation’s official website.

However, if the change/cancellation deadline has passed, changes or cancellations cannot be made (you can still view your reservation details).

Receipts are available from the fourth day after the day following your checkout date.

You can issue a receipt via the “confirm” link in the confirmation email sent upon booking completion, or via the “Bookkings for” option in the menu at the top right of the reservation screen on the accommodation’s official website.

*You can enter any name for the recipient, but we cannot issue receipts broken down by person, date, or room.

*Receipts for cancellation fees can be issued starting from the cancellation date.

*For day-use stays, the usage date = checkout date. Receipts can be issued starting from the fourth day after that date.
